So sad that your business doesn’t care enough about the people in its community to wear a mask while serving costumers. Today I asked if your employee serving me through your drive thru could wear a mask. She quickly said “no I will not” so I sadly drove off with out ordering a couple dozen of donuts(the worlds best maple glazed) but I refuse to support a business that cares so little for mine, my families and the community it serves.

I apologize! We do care and do wear masks!! As we are waiting for our order of masks to come in, we are relying on our employees to bring their own. She had left hers in her car when she was dropped off and was waiting for it to be dropped off to her. She had told me about the incident and said she told you no, I can not. I ordered donuts for my son's birthday. I went to pick them up and arrived to find the shop closed with a note on the door saying they were closing early and sorry for the inconvenience. I totally understand that they might need to close early, but I wish someone would have called me and told me so that I could have picked up my order before they closed. Now we're scrambling to find something else for his party last minute when I had put in the order two wks in advance. Very disappointed.
RecommendedBoth times that I asked for a custom birthday cake Camie really excelled in all the elements! Communication was excellent. I always get compliments about the cakes because they not only looked beautiful but they also taste amazing! I would say Shaffer’s is one of the best in the valley!
My boyfriend and I are driving back from Shaffer’s bakery and I am holding a box of baked goods. A guy cut my boyfriend off and made him slam on his breaks. Instead of my boyfriend putting his arm in front of me to protect ME he grabbed the treat box and hold onto it. I guess you could say that Shaffer’s bakery is good. The staff was super friendly and the treats are so good! Definitely recommend this place.
We had the chocolate covered apple fritter and raspberry cream filled long john with maple icing. Wonderful!
I had a birthday cake made for my husband that was Boston Res Sox themed and it turned out amazing!!! The staff was very helpful helping me with the design of the cake and we loved it!
It wasn't until I moved out of the state that I realized how spoiled I was to eat Shaffer's donuts and other assorted goodies growing up. Happy to be back in the valley to enjoy them on a regular basis!
