I am very disappointed in the customer service of one of their employee Nathan. He is rude and dealing with him has been an horrible experience. His supervisor on the other hand was compassionate and very helpful. Dear Nathan, when people are needing validation on how they feel about their finances you do not disregard their feelings in customer services especially when they are trying to reconcile the debt. You have always been rude too me and i will most definitely pray for you.
Nathan is probably the rudest lawyer I have ever met in my life, I understand I have a garnishment, but it has $1700 in interest, and I tried to discuss payoff options, and he said they could knock off 200 dollars of the Interest. What a joke. This is from YEARS ago. My family is struggling to survive, and these blood sucking leeches in their caddilacs and Mercedes-Benz don't care at all.
