Just got a phone call on a family members phone asking for someone went don't know. Claimed we were listed as contact for them. Told them I didn't know them and who was calling and why. Caller was rude and hung up called back and rude again. Will be making a report on them in the morning with proper agencies.
Spoke to David on the phone and he was extremely helpful. He answered any questions I had even though the time was nearing end of business hours, and was extremely kind. Thank you, David.
Called me I asked for a call back number they gave some number not listed on their site but expect me to give my personal info to them. Very rude and unprofessional! I get collections have to be stern but being rude is uncalled for
Absolutely the rudest company! Threatening to take my Social Security over a debt that the landlord never even told me about or sent my deposit back after demand letters! Filed a complaint with the federal entities needed!
