Told my screaming wife after almost a month admitted to his hospital across 5 admissions that her pain wasn’t as serious as it seemed as she had tears rolling from her eyes because the single CT scan he did didn’t show anything despite her having an organ removed, an appendectomy, multiple gallstone removals, and bacterial septicemia in the previous few weeks. EDIT: Oh, and he removed her from her primary medication for pain for said reason rather than add any additional imaging.
Very polite, explanations of things were said in a way I understood. Spent a good amount of time even in room, and adjusted medication accordingly. No longe waits for changes to be made. Easy to talk to. Made me and my feel comfortable as they are taking situation serious Thank you very nice meeting you
