Dawn from Shadyside Travel was an absolute gem! She planned our 1st trip oversees to Italy with stops in Venice, Florence, and the Amalfi Coast. Every day had a detailed event and went beyond every expectation that we could of imagined. Dawnn of Shadyside Travel Agency plans amazing adventures! A few years ago, our niece wished her graduation gift to be a magical adventure of Harry Potter in England and Scotland; and, Dawnn delivered with walking tours, a theater experience, excursions to nearby cities for filming locations, tours of castles and grounds, train rides with scenic views, and wonderful hotel rooms to slumber peacefully. Dawnn did a great job for us. She listened to our wish lists and made some great suggestions. Very trustworthy.
My personal experience with shadyside travel. I will never use them again, first off Joe was not personable. He was short and insulting. He give us Hyatt Zilara , but the one we wanted in Cancun is the one we wanted to stay at, but he was adamant about this resort. This is not what I was looking for, basically this is more reading and relaxing Type. Kim on the other hand was really nice. I will not be using them again.
