I have had an incredible living experience as a multi-year tenant at Shadyside at Home. Few things have as high an impact on your quality of life as your living situation- Mariena, Bandy, and the rest of staff here truly go above and beyond to make their tenants feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout every stage of their time living here. Our daughter lived at Shadyside Apartments for 2 years while in grad school. The price was good and the Shadyside team was great. They were responsive and always friendly. Also, the apartment is in a great location. It was a great experience for her. and for us as parents.
I have had nothing but good experiences with Shadyside at Home. Decent rent prices, and the staff go above and beyond for maintenance + other issues that may arise. Properties are well maintained and you can tell that they understand how to run a property management business. Although sometimes things may go wrong in my apartment, maintenance is always on it immediately with a quick and proper fix. I lived at Shadyside at Home Apartments while I was in grad school and really enjoyed my experience for the most part. The apartment itself was roomy and nice. Management was helpful, especially Mariena and Bandy, and maintenance was responsive. The location is also fantastic - super close to Walnut St, Carnegie Mellon, and Chatham. My only complaint is that the walls were very thin.
