Do not move in here. If I could give it a 0 stars, I would. And I've written probably 3 bad reviews in my lifetime. I lived here from 2015-2018. I loved my first landlady, Jessica, and my second landlady, Donna. Then I guess it went to new management and the administration went to s**t. I always paid rent a couple months in advance, which was allowed and never an issue with Jessica or Donna. I am also the kind of person to kept very detailed notes about what was paid and when. RecommendedI just moved here last month and it is an absolutely beautiful and peaceful environment, The most recent property manager turned out to be a huge con artist but she is being dealt with so I don't regret the move at all. It's very affordable and literally right next to North Park but it's back in the woods so it's really relaxing. I love this place and don't intend to leave anytime soon if I don't have to.

Awesome cozy apparent!
Wonderful nice quiet community. Great wooded area dog park play ground and onsite laundry. Plenty of parking. You would love to live here.
