RecommendedWe've stayed here a few times and have always had a very good experience. Very clean and well maintained park. Very accessible for our 43' motorhome and tow vehicle. I stayed here several months while I was working construction in the area. It was a great place to stay vs paying the high price hotel costs. Manager and owners were very accommodating.
The new owners and manager are very professional yet down to earth. They have constantly been working on and accomplishing so many improvements. It is well tended to and the local and county law officials are periodically coming through to assist with everyone’s safety and are very thoughtful and respectful. I don’t know many of the residents however the few I’ve met are very helpful and kind.
Management is very friendly and she keeps everything clean and manicured. Pricing was very fair for all bills paid and the rv we rented was nice. We lived here a few months while waiting for our house to be ready and I'm so thankful to them. clean bathrooms and showers if your camper doesn't have one. on site laundry and a playground for the kids.

Been here almost a year the manger and owners have went out of there way to make sure everything is ok with me and my family I highly recommend shady pines its great.
I have been at this location for nearly a year, it's a great place and the manager and owners make you feel at home here. They do their best to keep the park kept up and the trash out! As long as you follow the rules and pay your rent...ALL is GREAT!!
I love calling Shady Pines my home. The grounds are well kept. The manager and owner are amazing and very friendly and are always there to help when you need an extra hand. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!!
Was skeptical prior to arriving at the RV park due to the parks reputation. I was very pleased to hear the park had new owners and had cleaned out the park and continually monitor to ensure the safety of everyone. The manager is so helpful and goes above and beyond to help where she can. She is always doing something to improve the parks appearance...hard worker.
