I spent over 4 years at Shady Pines, and it was nothing but wonderful! I never had any major issues during those years, and anything minor was corrected right away. The front office was lovely and kind, and accommodating throughout my stay.

I lived here for almost 2 years! I have nothing but great things to say about Shady Pines and their staff. The maintenance is wonderful and always fixed issues (I had two with my whole stay) right away! Front office is always really nice whenever you go in! Also, it’s a very family friendly environment and pet friendly � you will always see people walking their dogs and kids riding their bikes!!
I've lived here for over a year in a one bedroom on the third floor. The building is very clean, safe & quiet. The grounds and common areas are kept up very nicely as well.. The location is convenient. There is plenty of parking for residents and visitors. But, most importantly, the Management is extremely helpful and courteous; they are very accommodating and work with you on any unexpected issues that may arise in life or with your apartment.
