Recommendedmy family & my self just moved to pilgrim park at the end of june, this place is amazing! the staff has been very pleasent & helpful & everyone we have met so far who also lives there are very pleasent & friendly! this was a big move for us & i was extremely nervous but this has turned out to be one of our best decisions!!!! Its definately home sweet home!!!!!
No qualms here! Nice area, courteous neighbors, beautiful grounds. Apartments are a bit small for the price, but the proximity to RT 2 and Providence are worth the price alone. Maintenance can occasionally take their time addressing issues, but this is rare in my experience. Been a resident for four years and counting!
They allow them selves into your apartment as they please. It is illegal to enter with out my permission. When they asked we stated no and it was still entered. The "repairs" are so half assed it's ridiculous. This place is 100% over priced and not even Worth 700 a month. Constant elederly walking up to my sliding glass door.
This place is fucking dirty as hell bed bugs in the middle floor and the people who own the apartments allow him to stay here . The washers and dryers work when they feel like it. The maintenance is awful. The guy can't plow for shit during the winter I had to buy 4 brand new tires. Also I have fallen so many times I could of cracked my skull open and broke out a lawsuit. People let their own dog shit right in the hallway and leave it there. There was dirty blood from someone punching the security door they did not clean off... read more
The kitchens are very small & cramped, there are no windows in the bathrooms or the kitchens, there are pieces of someone's hair PAINTED INTO my bathroom wall, the door to my building always immediately slams shut (watch your fingers & ankles!), the built-in AC is from the 80's and is filthy, the drop ceiling in the kitchen & bathroom is just awful, the ONLY internet service available here is Cox (got to love monopolies), the bathroom is about the size of a closet, there was mold in my bedroom closet, etc etc. All that 'luxu... read more
These apartments are very overpriced! They are very small, especially the kitchen. I had a closet more spacious than this kitchen as a kid. The maintenance here is a joke. I have found holes in my ceiling, mold under my carpet, chipped up paint all around the edges of the tub, pieces of someone's hair PAINTED INTO MY WALL, chunks of paint stuck in the carpet hairs, patches of wall that have been patched up the worst I've ever seen, and more.
