I had new blinds and window coverings installed throughout my house and all the staff at Shady Lady did a wonderful job. There was no pressure selecting the coverings I wanted. The installer was very professional and did an excellent job. When a blind did not fit , they immediately replaced it and ensured that everything was exactly right. I highly recommend this company to everyone in the area.

I talked to Terri today about a problem with some old venetian blinds that are stuck at the stop of the rail and refuse to come down. She quickly arranged to have Julio come and fix them for me. I received an an order and installation of shutters for my home. Five large windows were treated with wooden shutters with slide-track opening and were installed perfectly by their technician Max. He did an excellent job of fitting them to my old 1934 windows. When one of the panels was bowed out, he ordered and came back to replace the defective shutter. They look tremendous. Paid $ 4800 for our four windows, one of which is sky light window and one door to get black out curtains. Not only that curtains don’t fully do it’s job the sky light window is loose. Which makes light come in from all around the window. When my husband called them, instead of coming and fixing it, they told my husband to fix it himself. Not worth $4800. I’ll save my money. Very disappointed!!!
