I cannot say enough great things about the team at Shady Grove Fertility in St. Petersburg. Everyone was compassionate, patient, supportive, and incredibly efficient throughout our journey. Infertility can be an emotional experience, but the team always made me feel cared for and informed every step of the way. Best of all, after years of unexplained infertility, they helped make our dream come true—I am pregnant with our baby. I will be forever grateful.
Overall a really great experience with everyone in the St Pete/Tampa offices. Dr. Sprague was great to work with. We absolutely love the nurse Cortney - she always gave really great explanations, answered our questions with kindness and empathy during the rollercoaster that is IVF. Draco is amazingly talented at drawing blood without any pain (and you get a LOT of blood drawn) One star off because the central billing department is not helpful at all. Dr. Rachel S. is so patient and understanding. She actually listens to her patients concerns and questions without rushing us out due to time. She goes above and beyond for my husband and I by making sure the treatments she chooses will be affordable for us. She is really caring and loving person.
