Trying to schedule an appointment during an already trying and upsetting time and had questions about the referral form, the woman over the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful.
Never can I or will I in good conscious recommend Shady Grove or any of their affiliates. We started our surrogacy journey there approximately 4 years ago, and after multiple failed rounds and pushing us for purchasing fresh egg lots (LGBT couple), we found lower rates of success than were anticipated from our doctor. Billing department is trash. Illegally holding card on account to bill each month without permission and representative failed miserably to alert me of same over the phone. Once card is on file that they put without permission, they make you jump through hoops to get it off with a lot of unnecessary back and forth between main office and the billing department. Would give 0 stars but it is not an option. Having this issue with them for years and am tired of them, their practices and the run around.
Dr. Shah and his team are beyond amazing! They were sensitive to all my needs, questions and concerns. The communication was always clear and efficient. I started my IVF journey at a different location but decided to look for a new Dr after I felt like I wasn’t being made a priority. I was sold on Dr. Shah 5 minutes into our consultation.
