Dr. Hutchinson and the whole team at SGF Newark have been nothing short of amazing. Dr. H made the process so easy to understand, was so lovely, caring and patient as we navigated a difficult journey. We always received prompt responses to our questions and the team was always available for anything we needed.
Dr Hutchinson is one of my favorite doctors ever!!! She is so upbeat and positive and I enjoyed every visit to her office. The girls that work there are great and Tori is an amazing nurse who was always on top of my many questions. Dr H and team put me at ease for my infertility journey and I am so glad that I was referred to them. My first day meeting the team was amazing. They’re were knowledgeable and kind!
Really terrible experience for my wife and I over the past year plus. The overall process was not clearly laid out and after a few tests we were peppered with bills for random amounts without knowing clear costs upfront. I just received a bill out of the blue from a test in May 2024. Over a YEAR ago after we were told we were paid up! Shame on you. So far this has been a good experience. Obviously what my wife and I are going through right now is nerve racking and scary to be honest, but the office is super clean and welcoming and the staff has been very professional and friendly. Will be updating our experience as we go on this journey. Hopefully someone can give us some prayers.
