Very kind staff. I was greeted very nice upon entry!.
I was so scared going into ivf but the staff at the Frederick location made me feel comfortable. Everyone who took care of me made me feel so loved! I cant express how grateful I am for this team of amazing individuals who went over and beyond. I lost my mom in May and the amount of hugs and prayers the staff gave me made this process without my mom easier. Thank you all so very much!!!
I have mixed feelings about my experience with Shady Grove. I’m thankful that they were able to diagnose the cause of our infertility and help us get answers. That part of our experience was valuable. Also the Frederick doctors were very nice, I did want to mention that. What has left me incredibly frustrated is the financial side of things. From the very beginning, everyone was very helpful, kind, caring and willing to help my wife and I achieve our dreams of one day having a baby.
