After treatment began, their financial department said my insurance was not accepted, forcing me to pay 100% out-of-pocket. I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Eric Leven and his amazing clinic team for helping me successfully graduate from the IVF process. IVF is not an easy journey, both physically and emotionally, but the entire team made it so much more manageable. They were always patient, supportive, and thorough in answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. I truly felt cared for every step of the way.
