The staff at SGF is incredibly friendly. Dr. Lersten was wonderful—compassionate, attentive, and thorough in answering all of our questions. The phlebotomists were also extremely kind and helpful. They made me feel very comfortable during blood draws, and the process was nearly painless.
My experience was incredibly unpleasant from the start.When I called to schedule an appointment, the receptionist was rude and questioned why I needed to be seen, which felt very inappropriate and unnecessary when she doesn’t know much about my case. While I had my appointment with Dr. Ivy she had dismissed my history and concerns regarding endometriosis. Dr. Lersten was amazing—she was upfront and transparent about every step of the process and took the time to explain everything clearly.
