Olivia NP is fantastic and she was so kind throughout my IVF journey. During my second try, I had a miscarriage and Olivia was the one who had to deliver the news. Her kindness and compassion when relaying something so difficult was critical in terms of helping me cope. Later when we had a successful transfer, she was there again during my ultrasound, carefully monitoring my uterus and ovaries and explaining to me exactly what she said. I am so grateful to her for her compassion throughout the arduous process of IVF.
Dr. Malik is amazing and I always trust her expert recommendations. They lead us to the best decisions. I think she's one of the best in her field! Her team is phenomenal too.
THE SHADY GROVE ORGANIZATION is LIKE BUYING A TIME SHARE. THEY PULL A BAIT AND SWITCH. THEY DON'T DISCLOSE THE ULTIMATE COST OF THE PROCESS. THEY LURE YOU IN WITH VIDEOS, GENETIC TESTING, UNNECESSARY APPOINTMENTS AND FINALLY, WHEN THEY WASTED ALL YOUR TIME, MONEY IN TESTS AND SPEND MONTHS KEEPING YOU GOING, THEY FINALLY DISCLOSE THE PROCESS WILL COST $37,000 FOR IVF.
Haven't even been seen yet. Unable to schedule a consultation more than a month in advance. Why??? Yet they expect you to do testing 10+ days prior to consultation. Do they expect people to not work or have a life? I would be turned off entirely if I didn't know someone who went through SGF in the past.
