My experience with Shady Grove Fertility has been profoundly disappointing. Fertility treatment requires a high standard of administrative precision and empathy, yet we were met with unnecessary stress at every turn. My husband and I have had an amazing experience with Shady Grove Alpharetta. We started our journey in August of 2024 and I am truly so thankful we found this facility and they supported me throughout all the ups and downs of IUI and IVF. 5 stars truly isn’t enough for Dr. Gay and his entire team at SGF. From the first hello at the front desk for our consultation to graduation to OB, they have been so supportive, kind, informative, and made every step of this process feel as they were not just our medical team, but our support system. Awesome staff. Super caring and considerate. It was convenient having a location nearby to do bloodwork and check-ins even though all procedures are done in the Sandy Springs office. Plenty of parking and the office is always a pleasant experience.
Dr. Gay was knowledgeable and supportive throughout our treatment process. He took the time to get to know myself and my husband on a personal level before treatment began. He helped guide us through the uncertainty of unexplained infertility with kindness and his many years of experience in the field. Everyone we came into contact with at Shady Grove were both professional and caring. We welcomed our baby in January. I will recommend Dr. Gay to family/friends going through infertility.
