While searching for a DPC Dr. I interviewed with several practices around Eugene, including Dr. Cronin, and was very impressed with her ability to evaluate my complex health issues. Although my process to sign up as a patient was delayed from my own side of things, and she was full on patients by the time I reached back out, her comments were absolutely fundamental in helping to establish a positive series of treatment plan changes which have improved my quality of life significantly. Dr. Cronin took time to get to know me as a person as well as a patient. Whenever I have come to her with a health concern she approaches it with respect and curiousity. Her focus is on making sure I am living a good quality of life in my body instead of getting me out of the door to see the next patient. I feel well cared for in a way I haven't experienced with other doctors.
Finding good medical care is hard nowadays. Dr. Cronin is absolutely amazing and I don't think I've ever felt more listened to and cared for. This is the opposite of the assembly line process forced upon so many doctors. I feel like I have have great health objectives that we discuss regularly and I know that if something comes up with my health that she'll respond incredibly fast.
Saw a bad review about Dr. Cronin, I had the complete opposite experience and wanted to speak on it. I showed up for my disability claim. I was there solely for my disability claim but Dr. Cronin went out of her wait to help me with my asthma. This had nothing to do with my claim. I mention this to highlight the fact that I have been going to VA doctors for having issues sleeping due to my breathing and not a single provider has every diagnosed my issue, in fact they shrugged it off like this is the way I'm supposed to breat... read more
Reviews on other sites describe Dr. Cronin as rude, condescending, and belittling. (And how I wish I would have checked them before accepting a referral to her!) Based on my own experience, I would add that Dr. Cronin is also aggressively hostile and bullying if she concludes that you have failed to provide her information to which she feels entitled.
