I had moved into the Shadow Woods Apartments in June of this year with my grandmother to find peace and calmness in a safe space, The environment, the apartment complex we are in, and our neighbors are have made this dream that we were looking for possible.

I lived here for 4 years. The magement kept promising to fix things and took months if ever to fix. Such as the parking lot is horrible. Big pot holes and dips and lot's of plumbing problems. Our toilets & tubs would get backed up with nasty sewage every few months! Also, don't expect go get much of a deposit back at all! They really screw you over with this one.. they took 150$ out if my deposit bc they had to hire a cleaning crew for one of the rooms having a little bit of sticky flooring. Do NOT rent from these people! You can have proof of the cleanest apt moving out and they will still lie to keep your deposit! The manager thanked me for how clean I kept my place but still kept $750 deposit and tried to charge me extra for cleaning! I followed all of the move out rules and they still kept my deposit! They are low class and TRASH! The apartments are super low quality just don’t do it! There are many other places to rent around town other then Shadowood! ZERO STARS
