Not a good place for those who need Gluten Free food for medical reasons. We went for brunch. Very little available. Gluten free menu had no breakfast/brunchy foods. Chose the eggs and bacon from buffet but suffered illness from cross contamination. Also, no GF dessert choices except fruit (which they were slow to refill).

sorry but the view was nice decor cold and well the prime rib was without taste and tough and flopped on the top of the rest of tge meal seats were unconfortable and it just missed the beat thru out the tune

I'm giving a middle rating because there were good and bad points during our visit. We had 6 o'clock reservations. When we arrived no one would seat us. We had to hunt for someone to tell us where to sit. They told us we could sit in the bar area since we were there during happy hour. We were told it was a full service bar. We had to go hunt down some menus and even then no one seemed to figure out we planned on actually ordering a meal. Captain Keith was rude, obnoxious and completely unprofessional when we had planned to take the Shadow's boat to Newburgh on Friday night. I had heard several negative things about Keith and once I saw for myself I had to wonder how the Buonora family would allow him to serve as a representative for their company.
