Infested Issues and issues that never go away. DO NOT RENT HERE. Corporate does not care about the unit problems they just want you out to flip and rent the unit to the next victim. They are completely unprofessional. We had a major infestation and structural damage and they didnt even issue a simple apology for the inconvenience. Worst place I've ever lived in, in my entire life. They only respond to reviews but go forbid you write them an email because they will never take you seriously when you're in danger in thier unit ... read more
Wonderful place to live, great management I recommend this place to those searching for a nice apartment and caring manager. I’ve been living here 6 yrs and have never had a problem. It’s a family oriented community and management is great ! Gloria is the manager and she makes sure everyone’s needs are met so people feel comfortable living here! I give this place a thumbs up

Cockroches! One word: COCKROCHES! This apartment complex deletes their reviews on different sites but I'm posting again. Purposely misspelled because they probably have filters on here. Besides the fact that they constantly enter the apartment, the latest time was because a neighbor has COCKROCHES! It's pretty terrible to live here also with no parking, hot water problems, security problems (you would think they would have better security being there was a MURDER across the street. THIS PLACE SUCKS DO NOT RENT HERE, THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS. PEOPLE COMING IN ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT BLARING MUSIC. FRONT GATES ARE ALWAYS BROKEN, YOU THINK SINCE THERE BEING A MURDER ACROSS THE STREET THEY WOULD TAKE AN EXTRA SAFETY PRECAUTION ON THE RESIDENTS THAT LIVE HERE. THE POOL AND HOT TUB HERE DO NOT GET CLEAN TALK ABOUT SWIMMING AROUND IN SOMEONES SWEAT. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT RENT HERE. THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE TREATS YOU MORE LIKE A CHILD AND A NUMBER THAN A PERSON.

Great neighborhood The neighborhood is great. There are 4 strip malls including 2 grocery stores, just a block away. The apartments have a tennis court, pool and jacuzzi. The only problem is that the buildings are old so there are constant repairs being made and management stinks

awesome location & family oriented need improvement on customer service I moved here last year like it very much regardless of what I read on the past reviews none of them were true except some of the staff in the office which is true because when I tried to explain about my financial situation, she straight told me to turn in the key which was very rude however it is what it is. Close to the beach 15 min to the beach....what more could you ask for?? Dog and kid friendly with a play ground, tennis court, weight room, beautiful pool area with 2 gas grills, picnic tables and spa. Close to malls, grocery stores, the 5, 15 and 78 freeways....and Rancho Buena Vista High School is right across the street. The only downfall is the tennis court...it's located right in the middle of the complex and people use it often....and forget to turn the light off so if your blinds are open (and your apartment is around... read more

Going on 3 year Anytime I have an issue or a concern someone always contacts be back the same day or the next day and handles it and I call about a few things if it's not right. Very nice staff, especially the Maintenance workers.
