Be careful with this place especially when just filling out an application.. they will put something on your credit score.. I was just looking at these apartments and I've never even seen these apartments, as I was applying for these apartments from Beaumont Texas, I couldn't even find it if I had to because I've never even been to Lake Charles.. so just be aware.
This is ridiculous. I paid my down payment and they said they would send me the leasing agreement two weeks before we move in. I cannot contact them. It’s a week before we move in. Hopefully when I drop four hours, it’s ready. This is ridiculous. They’re unprofessional like I don’t see how people even move there they can’t even answer the phone.
This place was an absolute nightmare. From the washers and dryers hardly ever working to the maintenance being absolutely awful. My air conditioner broke in the middle of summer (window unit) and they took a month to fix it even with my constant complaining. When they did finally decide to try and fix the air conditioner, they ruined my curtains in the process and replaced the air conditioner with another broke one.
