worst I've ever lived in!!! Pool and amenities usually closed. Can't get maintenance (my carpet is soaking wet from a leak). Lots of drugs.
Good rental so far...
When moved in we noticed a strong smell coming from the refrigerator, and the freezer! I didn’t think anything negative. Just went and re-cleaned the refrigerator. But the smell came back and was getting stronger every time the refrigerator and the freezer was opened. I reached out to management to see if they could switch our refrigerators, but they took forever to reply!!! And when I finally got a response from the office, I was told to “clean it with bleach” and I couldn’t get another refrigerator for the apartment. Fast ... read more
Where do I begin? Worst apartment complex i’ve ever lived in. The AC leaked for 2 weeks, they didn’t come fix it until the downstairs neighbor complained about it. The pool was ALWAYS dirty, when it was clean it was closed. When we first moved in we went to clean before we brought our furniture and there was a roach painted over into the kitchen cabinets. Office staff was rude af and impossible to reach. Only upside was Charlie with maintenance he was always the kindest!
