I love living here! It's so beautiful and quiet. The people in the office are always so kind and ready to help.
Even with a move in inspection about bad stains in their carpets, you will still get charged when you move out. Terrible
I lived at Shadowmoss last year while my husband was deployed. I spent a year without him but Jennifer and Nicole were just so fabulous and understanding. Maintenance was always on point and the girls were always willing to help with what ever I needed. I can't express how much comfort it brought to me. I felt safe and the property was very comfortable. A million times thank you and I would certainly recommend in the future.
With staff that have been at the property for the entirety of its opening- beyond knowledgeable and accommodating to anything you need. Wide range of layouts and view on a tucked away community in the heart of Charlestons West Ashley.
I don't even have words to express how incredible this community is!! The staff happens to be the most welcoming and caring individuals I have ever come in contact with in an apartment/townhouse setting. This includes the amazing maintenance crew!! And I have rented for the last 15 years. They. Are. Amazing. If you have children, even better, they have the best events for FREE tailored to the kids! I miss everyone there.
