I have lived here 3 years, my first 2 in a 2 br for $805 a month with appliances from the '70s I know, because I'm 62. I would have moved out after my 1st year, but moving is expensive + I'm unable to help. Every year you must sign another lease instead of going month to month like 99% of complexes. iDo yourself a favor and don't rent here. I have been here 3 yrs. AND for my loyality I get a $30 monthly rent increase every year. Like most places, once you fullfill your lease, you can go monthly. Not here, it's an additional $100.00 per month. As I'm turning 62 two months at the end of my 3rd year here, (never once late on my rent), I asked for a two month extension, since I am moving into senior housing.
