I love my current shadow. We’re upgrading to a LQ and We haven’t bought it YET but Mike has been amazing finding us exactly what we want and answering all of our questions. Never pushy or salesmen like. I recommend him 100%!
First have someone in your service department that tells the truth. Second have someone in your service department that actually knows how to fix things on a horse trailer.
I purchased a new Shadow stock combo. Ashley was very helpful and responsive to my questions. She was friendly and efficient with all parts of the purchase, and helped coordinate shipping of my new trailer to my home. I had my trailer less than a week after contacting Ashley.
I just recently bought a straight load from shadow and it is the best trailer I have ever had. I posted a picture of it on my Facebook and tagged y’all so hopefully you an go see!!
Ashley was wonderful to work with! I needed a little push to buy a new, smaller trailer and when she contacted me with a drop in the price of one I had been looking at I knew that was the push I needed so I said ok, let's do this!! Ashley was awesome to work with! She made the whole process easy and not stressful at all. I will be recommending her to any one I know looking to purchase a trailer! Joe was super helpful as well. Especially, when we totally forgot about the time change lol!
Ashley was super helpful with helping me buy my first horse trailer. She was very responsive, was able to get answers to my questions, and when two trailers I was interested in end up selling fast, she found another one and got me the same price. I think the newer one I ended up with actually had a few features that were better than the other two, especially with having the escape door the others did not have. If you definitely want someone to help walk through the process, get ahold of Ashley Murphy!
Working with Ashley was such a pleasure. She answered every question I had and worked with me to get a great deal on what seems to be a great Freedom trailer!
