Came back to edit my review. I came here last year but cancelled my cleaning when I realized it was coming up because I wasn't happy with the communication after my appontment. First time scheduling an appointment at a new doctor in a new town. First off, the lady sending text messages was nice but isn't the most professional. Then at my appointment, I was told X-Rays would be covered by my insurance by my hygenist. Not a good experience what so ever. Let's start at the beginning. My husband and I both made an appointment at the same time for the same day. We get our xrays and cleaning done and actually wasn't too bad of an experience. Fast forward to when we get billed. My husband's visit was 0 co pay just a check up and xrays which is exactly what we scheduled. Every member of the staff at Shadow Ridge provides superior service. I will never go anywhere else for my family's dental care. Still super again. Makes me love going to the dentist. Colette performed my cleaning and was magnificent. Informative, patient focused, smart.

I had the best experience with Dr. Miller and her entire staff. I was very overdue for a cleaning and every person I interacted with was so friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. I highly recommend Dr. Miller & Shadow Ridge Dental if you’re looking for a new dentist!
