I've lived here for almost 1 year. The management that was in place last year and early this year was absolutely garbage. However the new management is awesome. My apartment flooded. They compensated me for me having to live at a friends house. They got me into another apartment that was better than the one that flooded. They did everything in a timely manner and followed thru with everything. If you are interested in living here go see Karen Gutierrez

Management and maintenance at this complex is a freaking joke! I've never had such horrible customer service in my life!!! They had me living with my neighbors dirty laundry water flooding into my apartment for six weeks. Maintenance kept saying there wasn't a leak and that they had checked my neighbors pipes for leakage. Problem only got fixed when I checked with my neighbor myself and she informed me MAINTENANCE HAD NEVER BEEN TO HER PLACE TO CHECK THE PIPES!!!
