Okay This apartment complex does not hold true to their word. I have had to get on the front office about maintenance coming to fix stuff in my homes several times. Pest control is fairly bad as well. I stay on the main floor, so that may have something to do with it, but I have been getting poisonous spiders in my house - in the laundry room hanging from the ceiling, crawling on the ceiling above my bed, crawling in my clothes, on the couch, on the wall, in the bathroom. Ridiculous Looks ok on the outside but I was moved into a roach infested apartment. They charge you for pest control every month but even if you request pest control, they’ll never come. The fitness center is a joke as only the exercise bike works and the rest of the units were simply place in the room to say they have these amenities and the tennis court is always locked, car care unit the vacuum doesn’t work. Scoundrel Apartment Management THE WORST move-in experience, and living here has been a negative experience. No ethics when coming to customer care, money is the motivation...so cliché. Negligence on the landlords behalf and it has cost me dearly for over 6 months. I would not advise living here. Alright Its not bad and its not like luxury like how they describe it on their website. I myself loves to play basketball and I don't see it. A little more works needs to done around the premises to be luxury apartment like how they describe it. But like I said it is still a neat place to live in. I would recommend it to others as far as a decent home/apartment to live on. The pool, gym and laundry is good. The stuff are very nice and friendly and very helpful.

Based on my time The apartment in itself is a nice community. The maintenance staff is pretty good at getting things done in a timely manner.

great for the most part I live at shadow ridge which use to Alexander Falls. Ever since the new company took over they made a lot of upgrades from changing the paint on the buildings to a brand new workout room. Its a great community especially because of a lady named Lashawn who works really hard in the front office. its also in a great neighborhood that's apart of the HOA. the only bad thing is there is a lot of kids that live in the front that need a curfew.

Shadowridge Apartment The apartment that I live in is modest. There are not many problems that are wrong. The only downfall is the maintenance could be attended to more effectively. Furthermore, I feel in the near future besides money orders they should create debit card machines to make it more convenient to pay the rent.

Sucky apartments Maintaince men takes forever to come fix anything. Been here for the last three years and nothing has yet to be fixed properly in my apartment. The only reason I'm still here is to save up enough to move out. To many break ins. Security is a joke.
