HORRIBLE! LOOK ELSEWHERE! My mother lived here for over 4 years. The building was quiet, always paid rent on time, and never had any issue with them. However, that all changed when she gave notice to move out. We provided the proper notice per the lease, setup a time for the final walk through, spent over a week getting the unit clean for them to make it easy to flip for the next tenant (even though it is very outdated).
