Used to be my favorite place to come and even hang out. Last January I prepaid for a tattoo peice with Gilbert. We worked on it but did not finish it. I've been wanting to schedule an appointment for basically the last year only to keep getting turned away. Today, he told me to "F*ck off". My tattoo is unfinished and I will not be getting any money back. I tipped him generously each time in total $200 and even asked if he needed more money for the peuce and he said No. I don't know what has happened to Gilbert but he is not ... read more
