I went to this nail salon with a group of friends. I was very satisfied the service here. I rarely have pedicure done before so it was a great experience for me. Definitely recommend this place.
Worst manicure I’ve ever received. Zero massage, filing was uneven, polish was sloppy and had bubbles and streaks. Won’t be coming back.
I have always been very happy with the service and usually get my nails done by the same person, who always does an amazing job. However, today’s experience was different. I mentioned that I wanted two nails fixed, but it was never done. I also didn’t say anything else because I assumed they knew what I wanted. The overall result was mediocre. I had a very disappointing experience at Shadow Nail Spa. Before my service even began, I was quoted different prices for the same dip manicure by two different employees while they were removing my previous set. The inconsistent pricing immediately made me uncomfortable and confused. Unfortunately, the service only got worse from there. Once another technician started working on my nails, she was extremely rough.
