I have always been very happy with the service and usually get my nails done by the same person, who always does an amazing job. However, today’s experience was different. I had a very disappointing experience at Shadow Nail Spa. Before my service even began, I was quoted different prices for the same dip manicure by two different employees while they were removing my previous set. The inconsistent pricing immediately made me uncomfortable and confused. Unfortunately, the service only got worse from there. Once another technician started working on my nails, she was extremely rough.
