See our experience with them on Shadow Mountain Facebook Page. We were also victims of their mismanagement....we were lucky and got all our money back when we terminated them 2 years ago. We knew something was up when our statements were incorrect and we did not receive our rental income from property we owned. Good riddance.
They managed my property and did a HORRIBLE job. I should have fired them after the first few screw ups. They have been shut down now and took my money with them.
Company disappeared. When we did not get our months rent in the mail, we e-mailed and called them. No response and voice mailboxes were all full. Business location looks empty, is locked and appears closed.
I hate having to even give this company even a single star. This rental company is WELL KNOWN for scamming tenants for their security deposits. They withheld the security deposit because the windows had "dirt in the tracks". Seriously - 400 dollars to have that "professionally cleaned". I went without hot water for two weeks, without a dishwasher for a month, and was actually scolded for having a contract plumber come out and turn off the water at the water main because there was a 50 gallon an hour under slab leak on a Sund... read more
I spent $260 on professional house cleaners and carpet cleaners to get my rental property cleaner than it was when I moved in! Carmen determined it wasn't clean enough and had their cleaner come in, who cleaned the oven door and window tracks....for $100!!!!!! Backing up 1 1/2 years, when I moved in...it was DIRTY! Blinds, fridge, walls, grout, cobwebs even! I demanded they reimburse me for my time spent cleaning it after we moved in, they did...$100.
