If I had it to do over again, I would never buy a condo in Shadow Mountain Condominiums complex. There’s foundation damage in numerous buildings, cracks at doorways and separation of ceiling and walls. They refuse to do anything about it, saying it’s not foundation. Management gossips about residents and has even thrown in her two cents about who should be HOA president because this person "tells her everything that goes on." This place has been hell since moving in 10 years ago.
This place sucks lived here for a year helping a sick friend I have never been treated so poorly by management they spied on us and messed with our such friend till it drive him crazy my original review from years ago is gone I see imagine that the security guard shines a red laser into his window which made him go outside to look for what was causing it as they recorded him and made him look crazy as apart of the decline of this poor man's health that's just one instance any good reviews on here are bought and paid for abso... read more
