I wished I had read ALL the reviews about the Manager here and about Colin’s and Associates before purchasing my Condo, the negative reviews are correct. Being called a liar and a thief out in front of my Condo by Management is only part of the problem and now I have to seek Legal Representation over something that could have been handled in a easy manner, but the Manager is not competent enough and Collin’s and Associates will not step up.
