I signed a 4 month lease at an agreed amount on the 27th of December. I found out halfway through march that starting april 1st, the rent was being raised to the month to month rate because the 4 days in December counted as my 1st month. Getting my deposit back has been a hassle. I was told that they have 14 days to return it. Today is the 15th, and i finally got it back, and the check was made out to both people on the lease. We have lived at Shadow Lake apartments about 9 months now. Living here has been a great experience. Zach and Liz went above and beyond to answer my questions and kept us updated on the move-in process. I believe they have single handedly set the standard for a positive living environment. The maintenance department also takes pride in their work. Fast turnaround time, always polite, and the grounds are well taken care of. We have enjoyed our evening walks around the lake, use of the exercise room, the club house is fantasti... read more

We loved living here from 2019-2021. Only drawback was the pigeons, they didn’t bother us much but it’s clear they have a problem. Unfortunately they sent out a notice saying they’re protected and aren’t allowed to hire a company to remove them. The pool was never crowded, the landscaping was beautiful and well taken care of. They don’t allow many dogs here, I think service dogs only so it was pretty quiet, we rarely heard our neighbors. Parking was always available, even in the evenings there was ample parking.
