I would never recommend anybody to live here there is never a manager on-site no matter what they say managers always come & Go usually if they last if they last a month or less the owner is a complete jerk likes to micromanage every manager to the point they quit usually immediately are couple weeks later I have been living here for a year-and-a-half and I have seen 6 managers come and go it is hard to get maintenance work done here because the owner has RV Park he makes them work over there before he allows them to come he... read more
paid for a credit check the property manager mauna never called back, kept giving me excuses as to why my credit check hadn't been processed. i gave her copies of my paycheck stubs filled out the application and informed her i was able to move in asap as i already had all the move in fees( first months rent,security deposit) still i had to actually go over to the property to talk to her because she never answered and never called back. finally after 3 months i got my application fee back and she actually gave it back in the ... read more
They stole my money!! Payed the property manager mauna got a credit rental check it's been over two months and she's been ignoring my calls pretty sure she just wanted my money. Total scam don't bother even applying might as well kiss your money goodbye
