COCKROACHES!! Look out.. Alex is not a nice person, and this place will make you regret renting here.. not worth it! Several apartments have had bed bugs as well!
WATCH OUT! they have been known to take your application fees, just to tell you to reapply, then do it again! Portland local, and this is one of many unethical or illegal practices I have heard or seen to be imposed at Shadow Hills. You have been warned ⚠️
Just want to give a shout out to Casey and his team. The management is wonderful. We had to move out due to certain tenants, but that is outside of the property managments control. The complex is quiet and well maintained.
