To small
I tried my best to like this place but at the end I couldn’t take it anymore. My main complaint is the grounds crew starting their shift Monday morning just as I was going to bed. People were constantly smoking pop by the church entrance road which would blow into the apartments but security never did a thing about it. They even ignored kids breaking into the pool late at night. The only good thing about Shadow Hills was the management.
I moved out a few weeks ago after living there for 2 years. The quiet atmosphere may be for some people but it’s not for me. The area around there is boring as there’s nothing to do, no place to go. Having kids screaming at all hours of the night is not cool and caused me to have sleeping issues. Management was great, always there when you needed something fixed.
