They don't let the parents stay with the child for a simple tooth extraction. The excuse was that other parents have passed out so they don't want parents in the back.
Nothing but horror stories from this place. Strap down children. Don't allow parents to go back with their kids.
The worst place, I don't recommend it at all. I used to take my children to this place and one day my son had a fever and I couldn't take him to his appointment, just because of that, they told me they didn't want to see me again. Oh, so this is a horrible place👎👎👎
Worst experience EVER. Waited an HOUR even to get back to be seen for our appointments. Had to fill out the same paperwork 4x (twice for each kid). Chaos. People standing and waiting to go to the next area with no communication between staff. But what really takes the icing on the cake was when Dr Nancy Hammond preformed a procedure WITHOUT obtaining medical consent from her 11yo patient AND without parent permission and then proceeded to patronize me that it was her practice and she can do what whenever she wants bc of the ... read more
