Great place and wonderful people! The staff is very helpful!
Place is very nice and quiet! The maintenance guy Igor is very fast and helpful. Only thing is that at night time most of the street lights don't work... It gets very dark. But saying that even if they do work it's not enough light.. especially with all the kids outside playing we should put some more street lights around our neighbourhood.
Despite seeing a few reviews talking negatively about the property or management, I on the other hand have a very positive review, & at first it was difficult to reach someone when scheduling a tour but they only have 1 person running each complex, which in my opinion is fine since they have an emergency after hours line for maintenance when that’s all you really need. They never followed up. Poor costumer’s service and poor communication
I would rate them a 0 if I could. I had a very bad experience with Shadow Creek the 2 years I stayed there. The management has always been terrible and during those 2 years they went through 2 property managers. You can never reach them when you call the main line so I resorted to emailing them and waiting days before getting a response most of the time.
