I agree with Jordan. The pool needs to be way bigger. It's litterly falling apart. How many units does Shadow creek have?. You can't even fit 10 people in the pool.... Take the tennis court out it's a waste of space and build a bigger pool
The only thing this place needs is to renovate there pool. Take out the tennis court and make the pool bigger. It's way to small... Crowded can't even swim half the time. If you go next street over to harbour light they renovated there's and it's so much nicer and bigger. Let's set up a petition to build a new pool for our community!!!

Place is very nice and quiet! The maintenance guy Igor is very fast and helpful. Only thing is that at night time most of the street lights don't work... It gets very dark. But saying that even if they do work it's not enough light.. especially with all the kids outside playing we should put some more street lights around our neighbourhood.
Despite seeing a few reviews talking negatively about the property or management, I on the other hand have a very positive review, & at first it was difficult to reach someone when scheduling a tour but they only have 1 person running each complex, which in my opinion is fine since they have an emergency after hours line for maintenance when that’s all you really need.
