I've lived here for nearly 6 years. Amenities: The amenities are nearly always closed or broken. During the Summer, the pool and hot tub are closed 80% of the time because of "Health code violations". The fitness room is open to anyone, including resident children; the result is broken and vandalized equipment that management doesn't bother to replace. Terrible place to live don't move to there , not safe , dirty .
Horrible horrible place do not waste your money look elsewhere!
Not a good place to live on January the 18th there was a drive by shooting out side my kitchen window, drug deals going on every hour of the day security passed every 3 months and doesn't do SHIT ...not to mention the so called managers they don't care about you're safety or anyone but theirs ...I would not recommend living in these apartment complex
Management was honest and straightforward. Maintenance issues were largely handled professionally and on-time. Make sure to actually read your contract, and there should be no issues. Neighbors are another matter entirely. Moved to a much more affluent neighborhood and couldn't believe the difference.
Management really sucks here.. They never fix anything when you tell them about it.
I like shadow brook but yeah ppl please pick up after ur dogs if u have dogs be responsible after them....
I love living here... When ever something comes up the ppl at the office are so resourceful and prompt to respond....
