Let me tell you first that the issue is not at the fault of my assigned Customer Service rep. He has been nothing but responsive when it came to the other laundry list of things I had issues with that usually happen when you have a new build. What I can't get past though is the stucco quality of my home. Unfortunately my build was during cold/wet months and the stucco has been mediocre at best. I would like to start off by saying the homes here are beautiful however when we purchased our home landsea shorted us two feet in the hallway entrance and narrowed in our grand entrance on all the Amberly homes which is what sold me and my neighbors on these homes and they did not care to do it they much have rather built more homes squeezed them tightly together for some extra $$ over customer service satisfaction they didn’t give us what was advertised in the models we technically were scammed! that was very disappointing... read more
I had very bad experience, salesperson Donna Shelton doesn't know how to respect people and very rude attitude. Visit other houses before go there, you will see the difference. Made me had a very bad day! No interesting buy their house.
