I had an amazing experience with Tatiana for my keratin treatment and gray coverage, and I couldn't be happier with the results! She walked me through every step of the process, which made me feel comfortable and informed the whole time. Tatiana is clearly knowledgeable and professional, but she's also just genuinely warm and easy to be around. She even sent me home with aftercare tips and product recommendations to help my hair stay healthy and keep the results looking great. Highly recommend!
The atmosphere is amazing and the women who work there are nice. I would like to start with that. My hair doesn't look bad but it is not what I asked for and before leaving the shop they knew that. I went in for a pixie cut and was told the style I wanted was pixie, ok that's fine but I still wanted my hair cut. She trimmed it leaving the healthy hair. Great location in Alpharetta with easy parking! Atmosphere is casual, clean, with great music yet professional. I like the uniformity of the staff. Service is great and I look forward to returning.
