Be sure to get all installations & parts manuals. One shade cord mechanism broke. We called over 5 times & emailed photos. We have received no return call. We had someone fix it however it would have been nice to have paperwork.

We met Sandy, The owner of Shades & Draperies. We moved into our home and needed coverings for every window in the Home. I was dreading this experience as well as my wife Pamela. Then, we met Sandy. Sandy did a great job recommending fabric choices that reflected our home decor. We had our new drapes with matching pillows installed and all we can say is “Wow”! Our great room / dining room combo look like two new rooms! And the drapes were delivered right on time and installed professionally. Overall, the entire process was a great experience.
