Renato Gonclaves, the technician of Shades By Design, came by my home and helped me with setting up the charger for my shades. He was kind enough to explain the differences in my shades and how each one works. He truly went beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. He was courteous and efficent. I would highly reccommend him and the company for window treatments.

Raymond was my sales person, and he became a friend during this project -- in our new home. I enjoyed working with him! I bought plantation shutters for three arched windows, awesome custom draperies for a nursery for children, (12 ft. custom fabric draperies that close, and two library doors draperies, same fabric, in that nursery), and one bedroom using soft Pirouettes on two arched windows. Our experience was a 10/10. Hanna was our point person and was such a pleasure to work with. He came to our home and without even asking put shoe covers on, which I found very respectful. He gave us his honest opinion and was extremely vital in helping us pick our perfect shades. They are modern, sleek and provide warmth to our home.
