Delusions of grandeur. Not only do they not provide Cleaning services for the Blinds that they install, but they want to charge $250 to help me program a remote. Which will take them five minutes. And they fully know this. But because they’re disrespectful to their customers, they made me wait two weeks, and then sent me a $250 invoice, asking me if I’m willing to pay. No. I’m not willing to pay you $250 for five minutes of your time. You’re insulting me. And now I’m stuck with a remote that doesn’t work, and no one to help ... read more
