Shades by Design has been fantastic to work with. We had a recurring issue with the motors on our exterior hurricane shades, and they were incredibly responsive. They worked quickly with the manufacturer to replace them, and their crews were highly professional. They even helped us upgrade to a new motor brand recently to help prevent future failures. Very good experience, and an extremely helpful team
