Kelly has been my nail tech for 10+ years and has never disappointed me! My acrylics can last 4+ weeks and I’m always receiving compliments on my nails. Every employee at Shades Beauty Lounge is kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
I had a very disappointing experience here. The guy who did my nails left them bumpy, uneven, and way too thick—definitely not what I expected, especially before traveling. I called the next day to get them fixed, but when I arrived, the owner didn’t greet me, didn’t apologize, and didn’t even acknowledge me. She walked away without saying a single word. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was shocking. I do not recommend this salon.
I want to thank Moujan for providing a great service at Shade beauty lounge. I booked an appointment in rush and she did a fantastic job in manicure and pedicure, she was very gentle, professional and caring. I would definitely rebook with her and highly recommend her. I would like to thank the team to get me in their schedule on the same day and as soon as possible. Also, the environment is clean, bright and friendly, highly recommended.

One of the employees was extremely nice and professional, that's the only thing that deserves the 1 star.. I had my nails done here and 2 of them lifted within a week and a half. I work full time every day down town, so by the time I leave and come back they are closed but managed to go in within the 2 weeks range and they said they are too busy and that they can glue it for me for now and it should last.
