It recently came to my attention that someone using my name had rated Shadetree Apartments...first off I wasn't aware you could do that but now that I am, here goes! I neve had problems with these guys and were always treated fairly! If there was a problem thy were on top of it! Great price on rent and reasonable for the going rate. The last rating posted from my name was not me and in fact an old roommate trying to slam my name! I recommend these guys for sure! Sorry about the confusion mark, frank and bob
Prepare to be ripped off – BEWARE!!! At first glance, these guys appear to be on the up and up and the apartments appear to be very affordable. I have lived in their apartments for over a year and have seen the good and the bad. I started out living in a two bedroom townhouse that required a $300 deposit and $485 per month.
