I’m very disappointed with this experience. I booked with Brynn (the owner) because I liked her work, but my hair did not turn out how we discussed. Most of my appointment was performed by her apprentice, which was not clearly communicated to me beforehand. While the apprentice was kind, that is not who I booked or paid for. I had been looking to get a trim while in Utah and Brynn was kind enough to fit myself and my mother in on a Friday evening! Gracie, my stylist did an amazing job and was so kind to open up her schedule and stay late for me! I will definitely come back the next time I am in town!
