we had the shade factory (on okeechobee blvd, west palm beach) install 2 sets of shutters in our apt about 6-7 years ago. a few years back, one of them stopped working properly- when we tried to position it, it wouldn't stay in place. we went back to the store and the sales lady was very curt with us and seemed to want us out asap, even though there were no customers or phones ringing at that time. she insisted that there were screws on the side of the shutters that could be tighten and they this would fix it. we went home a... read more
