Do not fall for the “we service our own and even others” b.s. This is why we signed up exactly 2 years ago because we will pay more for good service. First thing this past spring I called to have someone check the popping noise and see why it doesn’t retract all the way. I’ve contacted them 3 times since and have yet to see anyone’s eyeballs. This is the worst company to deal with. Someone came to my house in February to measure for a outdoor shade, I have called several times and have not gotten a answer and then sometimes the receptionist that does not know anything. I have got a call from someone guy, however he will not even follow back up with or make situations right. It is almost September and I was promised that my shade would be installed around May and I still have not heard anything from them. I got my automatic awning put in in the middle of covid crazi was so it took a while to actually get it, but it's been three years and it still works flawlessly. Of all the contractors I had in my house during that time these are the only ones with which I haven't had any quality issues with three years later. Very happy.

I highly recommend Shade by Design for your awning needs. I’ve had mine since late 2021 and have thoroughly enjoyed it. One small issue came up after 1 1/2 year in and it was resolved immediately without delay. Exactly what you’d expect from a top drawer company. Great product and great customer service.
