The service and assistance I received from Nikki was first class. It reminded me of a time long ago when people cared for their customers.
It was a great experience dealing with Shade Australia. The products were great, delivery was prompt and most importantly communication was fantastic!
This is my 2nd Shade I purchased. I wanted a bigger one due to moving but was able to keep the base. These shades are spectacular. The first colour I purchased was a neutral kind of beige and we loved it. Being in a rental property at the time I stuck to safe. But it looked gorgeous. These shades do not seem wear out. My shade now is a very large crimson red and wow is all I can say. My garden is Mediterranean with vines and archways and the shade just kicks it off.
